**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets and key performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outbound calling, especially targeting **US or UK-based clients**.
- **Excellent communication skills**, including fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of IT solutions or services is a plus.
