ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
**Core Skills**
Should have Industrial automation experience with hands-on experience in PLC programming (preferably Allen Bradley) and an understanding of industrial equipment in a manufacturing plant.
Should have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. Should have knowledge of SQL server programming.
Should have experience in LINQ, Lambda and multi-threading Should have experience in client-server architecture.
Should have experience handling files using source control repositories, development planning tools, and defect tracking tools.
Should have experience handling and mentoring a team of 7-8 people. Should have project management skills.
Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet the timelines for all projects.
Willing to travel to customer site if needed. Self-motivated and available when the project demands extra effort beyond regular working hours. Conflict management between team members.
Should have excellent communication skills to communicate efficiently with U.S. and Asian customers (in English).
Work closely with the operations team and architects to resolve any technical/management issues in the projects.
Define the goals for the team members and work with team members to achieve the goals in the given period.
(self-learning) Gain knowledge on new technologies and train the team.
