**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Product Creation & Execution**
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, cakes, breads, tarts, cookies, and other desserts.
- Develop new pastry items, seasonal specials, and customized orders based on customer preferences and trends.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all baked goods.

**Quality & Hygiene**
- Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Ensure all products meet food safety regulations (FSSAI/HACCP or relevant standards).
- Follow proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures in the pastry kitchen.

**Team Collaboration**
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff and bakery assistants.
- Delegate tasks efficiently and monitor team performance during shifts.
- Collaborate with chefs, catering managers, and event coordinators for special menus and events.

**Inventory & Cost Control**
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of ingredients and supplies.
- Minimize wastage and ensure cost-effective production.
- Maintain recipe documentation and portion control to manage costs.

**Equipment & Maintenance**
- Operate and maintain pastry kitchen equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.).
- Ensure workstations and tools are cleaned and maintained properly.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pastry production, preferably in a hotel, bakery, or catering setup.
- Strong technical skills in baking and decorating.
- Knowledge of both traditional and modern pastry techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
