Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development & Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and product support.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and advantages of our air compressor products.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**: Negotiate contracts and pricing, aiming to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- **Market Research**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for product improvement.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the technical and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or air compressor sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
**Education**:
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
