Civilcad Trainer

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Civil CAD tools, including AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray.
- Prepare and deliver instructional content that aligns with the latest industry trends and software advancements.
- Guide students in both theoretical and practical aspects of CAD software.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and hands-on projects.
- Provide ongoing feedback to students to ensure their continuous improvement.
- Update training material to stay current with the latest software versions and industry standards.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Collaborate with the team to improve training methodologies and processes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray.
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to break down complex CAD concepts and make them easily understandable.
- Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and mentoring students.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
