**Role: Atlassian Solution Architect**

**Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent**

**Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days max**

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 12+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of experience working extensively with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong experience in Atlassian cloud migration, solution architecture, and development.
- Proficiency in Atlassian customization, add-ons, scripting, and automation using tools such as ScriptRunner, REST APIs, and automation rules.
- Familiarity with AWS/ Devops concepts, Marketplace plug-ins, CI/CD, ITSM, and Agile development practices.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP).
- ITIL certification is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing value-driven solutions.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of solution development, and mentor other team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
