**Job Title**: Fitter - Welding Industry

**Department**: Production / Fabrication
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Mark and cut metal components to required dimensions using hand tools and machines.
- Assemble, fit, and align metal parts before welding.
- Assist welders in preparing joints and fixtures for welding operations.
- Perform grinding, finishing, and inspection of fabricated components.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
- Adhere to company safety policies and quality standards.
- Report defects, damages, and deviations to the supervisor.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG/TIG/Arc) and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Good knowledge of cutting, drilling, and grinding tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards in the welding/fabrication industry.

**Qualification**:

- ITI / Diploma in Fitter or Mechanical trade (preferred).

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years and up to 5 years in a welding/fabrication industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
