1Tier 1 Support

aGood experience on Adobe Campaign Standard

bBasic understanding of Integration data design and web technologies

cHandson with programming SQL

eExposure to integrations with other Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms like Adobe Experience Manager AEM

fFocuses with due diligence on the design documentation peer reviews and best practices

gWork closely with Product Owners to understand functional requirements and help shape them up into technical specification

hGood communication skills

iExperience in working with the customer directly and deliver with high quality

jGood in analysis and debugging

Deep knowledge of at least one or more Adobe products
