**Key Job Description**:
- Co-ordinating with CFT for successful filing and launch of New Product timely.
- Reviewing Phase gate report, Process Validation Report, Product Development Reports (PDR), engineering batch data and Exhibit/submission batch reports.
- Playing supporting role for execution of New Product launch
- PPQ Batches/ Site Transfer / Exhibit Batches/ Scale Up Batches.
- Identifying Product for Transfer from exist old area to new area with help of MNS Team considering future prospects of Products.
- Require Documentation - FMEA/PAC/Engineering Protocol/ Equipment equivalency to be prepared & BMR/PPQ Protocol to be reviewed.
- Manufacturing Excellence
- Identifying product for compression Machine speed improvement.
- Facilitate with the cross-functional department to identify short-term, mid-term, and long-term efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Process Simplification
- execute trend analysis of critical material attributes, critical process parameters, and critical quality attributes by using statistical tools as appropriate.
- Shall review Batch records, packing records, analytical data, stability data, Annual Product Review (APR), Continued Process Verification (CPV) reports, ongoing process verification reports, quality risk assessment, and tech transfer documents as applicable.
