**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide and mentor interns during their training period.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and hands-on assignments.
- Monitor the progress of trainees and provide feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Conduct interactive sessions, Q&A, and workshops.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to manage and guide a group of interns effectively.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

**Experience**:
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective teaching.
- Ability to create engaging content for both marketing and teaching purposes.
- A passion for mentoring and guiding students to achieve their goals.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with online teaching or conducting webinars.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
- Knowledge of web design and branding.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
