Manage and supervise all maintenance and repair activities of the building, including electrical, and general upkeep.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or safety hazards and take appropriate actions to address them.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and warranties.
- Respond promptly to any emergency situations, such as power outages or water leaks, and take necessary measures to resolve them.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
- Manage the budget for facility maintenance and repairs, and optimize costs without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as security and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
