We are in need of autocad draftsman for our organization in Coimbatore in junior and senior levels.

**Please find the JD below**:
For concrete shop drawing preparation, we ensure that drawings from all disciplines such as

Architecture, Structure and Civils are well coordinated before we raise RFI’s to clients. It is also
necessary that a rigorous method of documenting and tracking timelines through a well-structured SOP
is followed.
You will report directly to a Team lead. Your work will be checked and monitored by the Team lead. All
queries related to the assigned projects will be guided by your Team. You will need to guide and mentor
3-4 Junior Draftsmen. The team lead will provide the timeline and you need to ensure that you and your
team of junior draftsmen are able to complete the projects in the mentioned time. You will conduct
Monthly / Quarterly and Half yearly reviews with your junior draftsmen.
- A team player with leadership abilities.
- Should be able to guide and coach 3-4 junior draftsmen and manage projects.
- Should be able to coach and guide colleagues who need additional support.
- Should be an expert in Detailing in Construction Company with Civil background.
- Should have ample knowledge on shop drawing preparation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Expert in analyzing structural drawings, architectural drawings
- Excellent at studying survey drawings
- Experience 3+ years
- BE/ ME in civil engineering or structural engineering
- Good in English (Writing and speaking)
- Quick ability to switch between metric and imperial
- Excellent at reading BOQ’s and specifications
- Should be able to delegate to junior draftsmen
- Responsible for continuously improving the SOP
- Ensure rigorous QC is followed to be in line with the vision of the company.
1. Excellent and fast at 2DAutocad with accuracy in drawing production.
2. Excellent at Revit (Ability to create LOD 400), Navis work and BIM is a plus
3. Good knowledge of MS Office
4. Ability to read schematic, tender and As built drawings.
5. Ability to read HVAC, Electrical, Fire fighting, Plumbing and Landscape drawings

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
