Making outbound calls for financial services/products to qualified prospects
- Follow up on the leads and convert them to sales and closely track for closure of deals
- Plan and discuss marketing & sales strategies.
- Monitor and review phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Resolve customer complaints and grievances and Maintaining customer relationships.
- Develop the KNAB franchise with a specific client base.
- Engages, shares product and onboards clients through various channels
- Preparation and negotiation of client proposals

Requirement
- Good Attitude & Behaviour
- Fresher to 3 years experience in Telesales, Outbound sales; Inbound sales, Customer Support - Voice, Telemarketing, Inside sales
- Effective communication & comprehension skill
- Excellent active listening skills
- Time Management
- Ability to build rapport with customers instantly
- Likes to pick up challenges
- Good motivator, passionate, confident amd Customer-centric
- Sales experience at a financial services organization
- Experience in a client facing role working
- Self-Motivated, excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Advanced problem solving skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
