**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Bookkeeping**: Enter financial data accurately into Tally ERP, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- **Invoice Management**: Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients and vendors.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Regularly reconcile bank statements with accounts to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of accounts, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other ledgers.
- **GST and Tax Compliance**: Handle GST filing, tax calculations, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial statements and reports (e.g., balance sheets, profit and loss statements) as required.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage and track inventory data, ensuring that stock records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Assist with Audits**: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and data.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and ensure data confidentiality.
- **Support Team Processes**: Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes and maintain accuracy across records.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience (1-2 years) working with Tally ERP.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- **Knowledge of Accounting Principles**: Solid understanding of accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
