Key Responsibilities:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory. Use various channels to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct engaging presentations to showcase advertising options, packages, and pricing to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of advertising in our newspaper.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales, ensuring that both the client's and the company's interests are met.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to effectively position our advertising offerings.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- **Customer Support**: Assist clients with any post-sale inquiries and ensure satisfaction with their advertising placements.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising or media sales. Field sales experience is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- **Self-Motivated**: A driven individual who can work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
