**Your Role and Responsibilities**

This specialty is responsible for supporting the development and use of automation across the Infrastructure Services delivery organization. Responsibilities include evaluation of automation opportunities for a given client, creation and deployment of automation workflow, and ongoing monitoring of automation effectiveness for continual improvement. Continual feedback on the use and value of automation on accounts supported is expected in order to drive a cohesive and effective automation strategy across the Infrastructure Services organization.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Extensive experience in S/4HANA end to end implementation experience and E2E SAP ECC projects implementation experience.
- Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with identifying andaddressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions andmeetings.
- Proven thorough knowledge and understanding of configuring and definingthe following in the SAP SD module: Sales including Quotation and SalesOrders; Shipping; Pricing; Billing; Transportation and Invoice verification.
- Demonstrates broad technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction; exerts influence during sales discussions with prospective customers.
- Proven experience of leadingcustomer conversations for SAP conversion projects from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Thorough understanding of data structures and configuration objects in SAP SD.
- Creation and changes of Credit management and pricing workflow.Issues related to revenue account recognition.
- Resolving issues regarding creation of contracts,PO,PR created through BDC

.To resolve issues proactively having SD integration with other modules like FI,CO,PP,QM,MM,MDG

Resolve issues of complete GST process right from creation of inbound to STO PO,Delivery Invoice,MIGO ,MIRO and reconciliation of accounts.
- Resolving issues related to reports used by FI users in which data comes through SD,Visitex.
- Solving skills for issues related to ewaybill generation, cancellation as part of GST,Credit Management, Shipment,and shipment cost documents.
