**Accounts & Finance Executive**

**Overview of the Job Profile**
‘Accounts & Finance Executive’
CupShup is looking for an “Accounts & Finance Executive” who is responsible for the day to day business accounting work,, and supports the business by ensuring all accounting and compliances are being followed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
- Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
- Monthly GST Working.
- Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
- Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
- Daily Stock maintains.
- Handling petty Cash Records.
- Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
- Assist. to seniors for Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors ControlsAccounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
- Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
- Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
- Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account, Worker Salary, Daily wages for Worker
- Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts,Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
- Tally Erp / Prime

**Requirement:

- **
- **Post Graduation in accounting, finance, business or related fields preferred**:

- **Minimum of 1 year hands on experience in accounting function**:

- **In-depth knowledge of GST & TDS working.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.**:

- **An analytical mind with good organizational skills.**:

- **Hands on experience of accounting systems like tally, ERP etc.**:

- **Commercial and business awareness**:

- **Agile to adapt with the dynamic business environment**:

- **Should be open to working from Monday to Saturday**

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
