**Job Title**: U.S.A Education Counsellor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling & Guidance**:

- Advise students on educational programs, institutions, scholarships, and career opportunities in the U.S.A.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student profiles and preferences.
- Assist in identifying the best-fit programs and universities based on student interests, qualifications, and career aspirations.
- **Application Support**:

- Provide advice on admission requirements and help students meet deadlines.
- **Visa Assistance**:

- Help students with SEVIS registration and maintaining immigration compliance.
- **Marketing & Outreach**:

- Conduct seminars, webinars, and presentations to promote U.S. education opportunities.
- Represent the organization at educational fairs and conferences.
- Maintain relationships with U.S. university representatives and admissions officers.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer support for post-admission processes, including accommodation arrangements, travel plans, and orientation.
- Provide information on financial aid, scholarships, and part-time job opportunities in the U.S.
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout their academic journey.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare reports on student enrollments, conversions, and feedback.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience as an educational counselor, ideally with a focus on the U.S. education system.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. universities, admissions processes, visa procedures, and financial aid.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
