Create visually compelling and innovative packaging designs, product labels that align with brand identity and product specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for packaging materials.
- Ensure that designs effectively communicate product features, benefits, and brand messaging.
- Stay informed about the latest packaging materials, printing techniques, and industry trends.
- Make informed decisions on material selection, finishes, and printing processes to enhance the overall packaging quality.
- Create physical prototypes and mock-ups to demonstrate the appearance and functionality of proposed packaging designs.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure the feasibility of design concepts.
- Ensure packaging designs comply with relevant industry regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs to address any compliance concerns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and delivering high-quality designs within specified deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to coordinate design and production activities.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Packaging Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of print processes, color theory, and packaging structure.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
