**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the surgical team in the preparation and execution of operations, with a strong focus on **laparoscopic procedures**.
- Scrub in and assist with setting up sterile tables, preparing instruments, and ensuring sterile fields are maintained throughout the surgery.
- Ensure the correct instruments, sutures, and materials are prepared and readily available during the operation.
- Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures, providing instruments and supplies as required.
- Follow the highest standards of infection control and sterile techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient and surgery records.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgeons, anesthetists, and other medical professionals for seamless surgical procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest OT protocols, procedures, and safety standards.
- Act as a mentor or guide to junior nurses or support staff, ensuring they adhere to correct scrub techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Nursing**.
- **Registered Nurse (RN) License**.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years as an OT Scrub Nurse with a **mandatory experience in Laparoscopic surgeries**.
- In-depth knowledge of operating room procedures, sterilization techniques, and surgical equipment.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of OT protocols related to **general surgery, urology, gynecology, and laparoscopic procedures**.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and provide timely support.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
