Providing detailed requirements to the development team Has got good analytical, problem solving skills Good enough to do rigorous unit testing of the developed customized version of automated reconciliation tools Excellent exposure on Operations side in performing ATM & Network Reconciliations Excel proficiency Should have handled a team Good management skills Assist or build project plan for small or big projects Providing different types of reconciliation requirements like 2 -way, 3 - way, 4- way, 5 - way for ATM industry Managing user expectations Handling user actions Handling scenarios based on the UAT defects, and resolving the same Logging the defects in UAT defect tracker Creation of scope documents for reconciliation Providing regular Status updates Good team player Excellent communication skills
