Making an impact. What will you do?
In this role you will be responsible for driver induction, skill management and driver coaching program.
Further you will ensure route and site risk assessment and share of accident RCA reports, alerts, bulletins and safety campaigns with drivers.
Additionally, you will be responsible for minimizing commercial vehicle incident rate per year by taking new safety initiatives.
Moreover, you oversee refresher training program, JSO and SOS program, driver engagement programs and transport contractor performance management programs.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the implementation of safety plan, periodic safety campaign, daily toolbox topic sharing with the drivers and grievance redressal.
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You have a diploma / graduation in any stream with minimum 5 years' experience in driving Heavy Transport Vehicles.
