**Job Summary**
- Booking Trades of Customers and successfully closing trade transactions
- Answering Queries of Customer related to trade.
- Gathering knowledge from Research Team and conveying to clients
- Help resolve customer queries by coordinating with concerned persons in the company
- Maintain Relationship with customers.
- Work closely with all Marketing Team Members/Relationship Managers/Branch Heads to ensure maximum revenue is generated.
- To ensure all compliance is adhered to at all times.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Accurate and error free dealing
- Buy and Sell report preparation and presentation to management
- Watching client's portfolio and informing the clients
- Calling inactive / dormant clients
