We have an urgent opening for "**Shift Incharge-Production"** for one of the leading **Industrial Equipment / Machinery **Industry

**Location**: Bagodara Near Ahmedabad - 50 KM
- **Experience:

- **05-07 Years in dispatch of precast / cement products at plant level.
- **Education **:Civil Engineering Graduate or Diploma
- Mould Planning & arrangement
- Manpower planning & its Management
- Overall production supervision
- Maintain and Follow SOP and achieve production target
- Minimize rejection of product & ensure standard of quality is maintained
- To establish team work and to achieve 100% target
- Provide solutions to the problems faced regularly
- Monitor forklift operation for product shifting to stock yard
- Ensure safety measures are followed by all
- To maintain good quality as per IMS
