**Job Summary**:
As an MBBS Doctor (ICU/Dialysis Unit), you will be responsible for providing medical care and treatment to patients within your area of specialization. You will diagnose, treat, and prevent illnesses, injuries, and diseases, while ensuring the overall well-being of your patients. The role requires excellent medical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Patient Care and Treatment**:

- Conduct comprehensive patient examinations, including medical history, physical examinations, and relevant diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat various illnesses, injuries, and diseases based on patient symptoms,medical history, and test results.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, including medication prescriptions,therapies, and surgical interventions when necessary.
- Monitor patient progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and provide ongoing care and follow-up.

**2.Medical Consultation**:

- Provide medical consultations to patients, addressing their concerns, answering questions,and educating them about their health conditions.
- Offer guidance on preventive measures, lifestyle modifications, and health promotion strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as specialists and therapists, to provide holistic patient care.

**3.Medical Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of patient diagnoses, treatments, and progress.
- Prepare medical reports, discharge summaries, and other necessary documentation as required.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant data protection regulations.

**4.Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Consult with specialists and refer patients for specialized treatment when required.
- Participate in medical conferences, case discussions, and training programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

**5.Continuous Learning and Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest medical research, advancements, and best practices in your field of specialization.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending conferences,workshops, and seminars.
- Actively participate in medical research, clinical trials, and publications to contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license or registration (Karnataka) to practice medicine.
- Proven experience working as an MBBS Doctor or in a similar role. (Experience In ICU will be nice to have).
- Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
