Job Title: Graphic Designer

*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Design Creation*: Develop high-quality visual designs, including logos, icons, graphics, and marketing materials.

2. *Adobe Creative Suite Expertise*: Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.

3. *Brand Identity*: Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity across all marketing channels.

4. *Collaboration*: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure design consistency.

5. *Design Optimization*: Ensure designs are optimized for various formats, including digital, print, and web.

*Requirements:*

1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

2. *Experience*: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

3. *Adobe Creative Suite*: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.

4. *Portfolio*: A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creativity.

5. *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

*Nice to Have:*

1. **UI/UX** Design*: Experience with UI/UX design principles and human-centered design approaches.

2. **Motion Graphics**: Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.

3. **Web Design**: Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design.
