Workshop Supervisor

manages the day-to-day operations of a workshop, including staff, equipment, and safety:
Knowledge of machining processes & machineries.
Ensure compliance with safety and health policies, and maintain a clean and safe workshop.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Scheduling: Plan maintenance schedules, prioritize work, and ensure work is completed within agreed timeframes.
Materials: Oversee the receipt of materials, and ensure they correspond to paperwork and certificates.
Stock: Complete stock audits, and identify stock requirements.
Understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
Provide regular reports to management on production progress, machine status and staff performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
