Production Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities:

- **Production Management**:

- Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are met.
- Plan and allocate resources (manpower, materials, and machines) efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules while minimizing downtime.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all production processes comply with quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify defects or deviations.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to resolve issues promptly.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Manage and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
- Provide training and guidance to workers on safety, processes, and quality standards.
- Monitor worker performance and address any concerns or conflicts.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure optimal utilization of machinery and materials to reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to improve efficiency.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for workers.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and waste.
- Provide feedback and updates to senior management on production status.

**Key Skills:

- **
- Strong knowledge of cable manufacturing processes (extrusion, braiding, etc.).
- Proven experience in supervising production operations in the cable industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with quality standards like ISO, BIS, or UL.
- Proficiency in production software and MS Office tools.

**Educational Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cable industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
