**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trucking Industry Operator, specializing in dispatching, driver management, and communication using advanced software and phone-based systems.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating the movement of our fleet, ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing routes, and maintaining effective communication with drivers. Your skills in using software tools and your ability to handle high-pressure situations will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operations of our trucking services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize trucking management software to schedule, assign, and dispatch drivers for pick-ups, deliveries, and routes, while optimizing for efficiency and timely service.
- Monitor driver availability and hours of service to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Handle incoming calls from drivers, clients, and team members, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate load assignments, prioritize shipments, and adjust schedules based on changing circumstances.
- Keep accurate records of driver activities, including departure and arrival times, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during trips.
- Monitor vehicle tracking systems to track the progress of drivers and identify any potential delays or deviations from planned routes.
- Collaborate with fellow dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to share information, insights, and best practices for efficient operations.
- Assist in generating regular reports on driver performance, route efficiency, and operational metrics for review by management.
