As Performance marketing associate, you will be responsible to identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments. You will lead the execution of paid marketing from start to end, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with the advertising agency, business team & creative support team. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign. Curate insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager on customer segmentation and journey. Measure and report performance & growth on a periodic basis
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

Someone who can independently Social Media Marketing along with digital content management. Baby wear promotions and editing.

SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible to handle social media channels, campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Will also be engaged in research and analysis of social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various clients to promote overall brand through social media channels. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

CONTENT & SEO
You will also be responsible to manage the relevant content and approach to achieve a good ranking on google. Timely update the relevant keywords and work to attain the optimum place in online ranking.
