**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Visit potential and existing customers to present products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Demonstrate and provide detailed information about products/services.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events as needed.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain and update records of daily visits, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to the Sales Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in sales are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in field sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- **Other Requirements**:

- **Willingness to travel extensively.**:

- **Valid driver’s license and access to personal transport (if applicable).**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
