**Responsibilities**
2. MIS management of the warehouse
3. Responsible for Production as per the sample & patterns received from the Design team, arrange for the raw material, plan the cutting and stitching schedule
4. To handle execution of order, coordination & communication with various departments, buyer and suppliers & assuring timely execution. Keeping a tight track of product and movement.
5. Responsible for Buying, Merchandising
6. Dispatch and Shipment activities.
7. Fabric & Accessories cost knowledge.
8. Preparation, updating and compilation of cost sheets
9. Get fabric and Raw Material Order form verified and approved by the DMM and Manager-Merchandiser respectively
10. Taking necessary action on receipt of Physical reports (shortages/ rejection) in coordination with the concerned PPC staff and junior Merchandiser.
11. Vendor Management, for fabric and accessories
12. Assisting the Senior Merchandiser in Garment presentation to markets
13. Quality check of in process and raw material
14. Ensure weekly recap on the status with the dept.purchase & PPC
15. To assist in Maintaining sampling tracker and log for the work in progress defining supplier details / swatches / sample status
16. Manage stock levels/ minimum instances of wrong stock pileup
17. To coordinate with the vendors as per the guidelines given by the Senior Merchandiser
**Requisite Skills**:
1. Having knowledge of Market for material and accessories
2. Having good Negotiation Skills
3. Having links of Vendors and Suppliers
