**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop strategic recruitment plans, and enhance our employer branding initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

**Talent Sourcing**:Use job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract top talent.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
