Job Title - Office Coordinator
Work Timings - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ( 6 days work from office )
Location - Noida sector 67
We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to manage and supervise a variety of day-to-day office tasks. Person will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Mass Communication or Journalism or equivalent.
- 2 years plus working experience in office administration role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
- Multi-tasking and excellent time management skills to handle functional assignments.
- Should have excellent administrative qualities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage workflow by coordinating tasks with other employees/dept daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed promptly.
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by the company, and ensure requirement are completed.
- Must be able to deliver effective presentations.
- Must be able to hold good communications with high end individuals like Institute directors and Principals.
- Must be able to coordinate between various departments in the company.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Manage the schedule & accomplish the tasks for all company requirement.
- To ensure that all assigned correspondence and communication needs are met with the timeline.
- Coordinate and plan company’s functional events and execute the assigned targets.
- Answer phone calls and greet and support to resolve their queries including visitors appropriately
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.

**Salary**: ₹25,506.62 - ₹35,000.00 per month
