Disptach Coordinator

Position Available: Immediately

We are a transport company in Georgetown ON currently seeking a Dispatch and Safety coordinators to join our team.

Expectations:

- To act as a communication point for logistic needs that will require them to receive requests, answer calls and track vehicles
- Knowledge of trucking softwares and ELD portals.
- Punctual, strong time management and attention to detail oriented.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Ready to indulge in a multi tasking environment.

Job Duties:

- Checking Driver Logs as per DOT and MTO requirements.
- Checking for Driver alerts and violations.
- Custom Clearences for shipments
- Fleet and Safety Data entry in internal software system.
- Auditing company operations, accident reports and driver trainings as per the policies and procedures and checking the CVOR and SMS files for the company and other safety related issues.
- Dealing with any customer questions or concerns in a professional manner

Location - Georgetown, ON

Requirements: Trucking operations and safety experience needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
