**Roles & Responsibilities (across all group companies)**:

- Real-time accounting of vendor invoices, payments and settlements
- Tracking employee imprest & travel advances, ensure settlement as per agreed TAT
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Periodic reconciliation and balance confirmation of vendors
- Ensuring vendor masters are updated with all required information
- Providing monthly information for GST outward supplies
- Monthly provisions, On-time and accurate monthly closure and reporting
- Accurate and timely tax submissions and other compliances (GST, TDS, PF, PT etc)
- Knowledge of GST, ensuring no input credit is missed/out
- Quick resolution for accounting queries & ownership
- Assisting in Annual GST audit and returns
- Assisting in Annual statutory audit, tax audit and tax returns
