Social Media Marketing Intern

**Responsibilities**:
Content creation and scheduling: Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for our social media platforms, including writing captions, designing graphics, and editing videos or images. Collaborate with the team to plan and schedule social media posts using appropriate scheduling tools.

Community engagement: Monitor our social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and reviews, and engage with our followers in a positive and professional manner. Help build and nurture relationships with our online community.

Social media analytics: Collect and analyze social media data, such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth, using social media analytics tools. Assist in preparing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.

Research and trend analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging social media trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Social media advertising: Support the team in planning, executing, and monitoring paid social media campaigns. Help with targeting, ad creation, budget management, and performance tracking.

Content curation: Assist in sourcing and curating user-generated content, industry news, and relevant articles to share on our social media platforms. Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into content creation.

Collaborative projects: Participate in brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and collaborative projects to contribute creative ideas and assist in the overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
Enrolled in a relevant degree program: Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Internship credit eligibility is preferred.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms: Familiarity with popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Understanding of platform-specific features, trends, and best practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills: Clear and effective communication skills with a good command of grammar and spelling. Ability to write engaging and concise social media captions and content.

Creative mindset: Ability to think creatively, generate new ideas, and contribute to content creation. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with image and video editing tools are a plus.

Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data and an eagerness to learn about social media analytics. Basic understanding of metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions.

Detail-oriented and organized: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to group projects.
