**Job Title: Content Writer**

**Location: Bandra, Mumbai**

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content for various platforms, ensuring that our message resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft engaging and persuasive content for Google and Meta ads, optimizing for maximum reach and impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and keywords to enhance ad performance.
- Tailor messaging to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with design agencies to create visually appealing and cohesive campaign creatives.
- Ensure that content and design seamlessly align to convey a consistent brand image.
- Effectively manage timelines for content creation and coordinate with design and media agencies to meet campaign deadlines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline the content release process.
- Liaise with media agencies to strategize and execute successful campaigns.
- Provide input on content requirements for different media channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the agriculture or organic sector.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to integrate keywords effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in content writing.

**Working Schedule**:
Monday to Saturday

10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Located in Maharashtra, India, Two Brothers Organic Farms follows the principles of organic and natural farming methods. We prioritize the use of natural fertilizers, composting, crop rotation, and biological pest control to ensure the health and fertility of the soil. The farm avoids synthetic chemicals, pesticides, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in its farming practices.

Our primary goal is to increase three circles:
1. Circle of farmers doing sustainable agriculture

2. Circle of co-workers: Giving more socially humane standards to work

3. Circle of customers: Providing more customers with good food to have a positive impact on their health
