Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process KYC documentation from new and existing clients, including individuals and entities.
- Verify the authenticity and accuracy of documentation against RBI guidelines and internal procedures.
- Update and maintain customer profiles in the Central KYC Registry (CKYC) and credit information in the CIC in accordance with RBI regulations.
- Upload KYC documents and CIC data to the company's internal systems and CKYC/CIC platforms.
- Monitor CKYC/CIC notifications and respond to discrepancies or discrepancies related to the data.
- Conduct periodic KYC refreshes as per RBI guidelines and internal policies.
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to resolve KYC-related issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of KYC documentation and activities.
- Stay updated on evolving RBI KYC/AML regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in KYC/AML training programs and workshops.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of KYC/AML processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KYC/AML compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of RBI KYC/AML regulations and CKYC/CIC procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant KYC/AML/CIC software.

Additional Skills (preferred):

- Experience with CRM software and data management systems.
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
