**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive accounting courses to students, covering topics such as financial accounting, managerial accounting, taxation, and auditing.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, presentations, case studies, and practical exercises, to facilitate effective learning.
- Adapt teaching materials and methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and levels of proficiency among students.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with the academic team to design and update the accounting curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.
- Continuously assess and refine course content to meet the evolving needs of the accounting profession and the job market.

**Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to students pursuing accounting certifications or seeking career advancement opportunities.
- Offer personalized academic and career advice, helping students identify their strengths, areas for improvement, and professional goals.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment that encourages student engagement, critical thinking, and skill development.

**Skill Development**:

- Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance students' proficiency in Tally, SAP, Excel, and GST compliance.
- Offer hands-on training and practical demonstrations to help students develop practical skills in using accounting software and tools.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in accounting technology, regulations, and practices, and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
