**Job Summary**:The 3D Animator is responsible for creating captivating and realistic animations for various projects using 3D software and tools. This role involves collaborating with the creative team to develop character performances, object interactions, and dynamic environments that align with the project's artistic vision and technical requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute high-quality 3D animations for characters, creatures, objects, and environments, adhering to project guidelines and creative direction.

Collaborate with directors, animators, designers, and other team members to understand and interpret animation requirements, storyboards, and concepts.

Create and refine character movements, facial expressions, and gestures to convey emotions and enhance storytelling.

Rig characters and objects for animation, ensuring proper deformation and functionality for realistic movement.

Utilize animation principles such as timing, weight, and anticipation to achieve fluid and natural motion in animations.

Incorporate feedback from supervisors and directors to iterate and improve animations, ensuring they align with the project's vision.

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve animation skills and contribute innovative ideas to projects.

Optimize animations for performance and integration within the project's technical constraints, such as real-time engines for video games.

Collaborate with technical artists and programmers to troubleshoot and resolve animation-related issues that may arise during production.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative process, offering ideas to enhance the overall visual quality and impact of the project.

Maintain effective communication with team members, providing status updates, sharing progress, and addressing any challenges.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Animation, Computer Graphics, or a related field.

Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, posing, and weight.

Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality animations that demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of rigging and character setup for animation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot animation-related issues.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, receive feedback, and collaborate with team members.

Familiarity with real-time engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus for game-related positions.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment or gaming industry, is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
