Responsible for maintaining and improving the overall pre-analytical, analytical and post
- analytical operations within the laboratory.
- Responsible for the implementation of the Quality Management System and Quality Policy within the laboratory.
- Accountable to ensure that sufficient resources are available to provide medical laboratory services, that meets the end requirements of the users.
- Implementation of a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable requirements.
- To ensure the provision of clinical advice with respect to the choice of examinations, use of the service and interpretation of examination results.
- Selection and monitoring of referral laboratories and monitoring the quality of their service.
- Addressing complaints, requests and suggestions from the staff/ users of laboratory service (s).
- Designing and implementation of a contingency plan to ensure essential services are available during emergency situations.
- Responsible for liaison with external parties such as certification bodies and consultants.
- Authorized to issue, review and amend the Quality Manual.
- Authorized to release patient reports and issue amended reports.
- To handle patient & doctor queries for the report released ensuring they resolved smoothly

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
