- 560001We are looking for a highly talented and tech savvy Product owner for our Initiative called Mobility Think Tank. The domain of shall be urban Mobility/ Intelligent Transport Management systems. This role is based out of Bangalore and needs to working from office**Responsibilities**
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed project/product requirements from stakeholders. Prioritize requirements based on business value and customer needs.
- Own the product backlog - Including definition, prioritization and Maintenance.
- Collaborate with the development team to plan and prioritize sprint/Iteration activities. Define sprint goals and user stories, ensuring that the team understands the scope of work.
- Overall content ownership of product backlog
- Being available to the development team to clarify product requirements related questions and questions regarding the customer’s needs and the customer’s views of how the team is implementing a product feature.
- Ensuresuser storiesare “ready” for development to start work.
- DefineAcceptance criteria. Support in UAT execution
- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes theproduct backlog. Works closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved. This can involve sharingmarket research and competitive analysiswith the team to best focus their efforts.
- Contributes to the work of the Product Manager as they define aproduct differentiation strategy.
- Tracks progress towards the release of a product.
- Work with a cross-functional team in planning a product release.
- Define customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs.
- Advocates on behalf of the customer for the development team.
- Prioritizes defect or bug resolution.
- Support Program Manager for providing Feedback on development team’s performance
- Support Project manager in participating Quality processes

**Skills / Experience required.**
- 8 - 10 years of professional/relevant work experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and practices.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are a plus
- Mobility/Transportation domain knowledge is a plus

**Qualifications**:
BE/ BTech or equivalent.
