**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of statistical programmers to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Oversee the development and implementation of statistical analysis plans.
- Provide guidance on the use of SAS/STAT and SAS Data Management tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous data management practices.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians to develop and validate statistical models.
- Conduct quality control checks on programming outputs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all programming activities.
- Facilitate communication between team members and other departments to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor junior programmers and provide training on best practices in statistical programming.
- Participate in the design and analysis of clinical trials and other research studies.
- Implement innovative statistical methodologies to enhance data analysis processes.
- Ensure that all programming activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of programming workflows and tools.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in SAS/STAT SAS Data Management SAS and Base SAS.
- Demonstrate expertise in Statistical Programming and Biostatistics.
- Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing statistical analysis plans.
- Exhibit strong data management skills to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Have experience in conducting quality control checks on programming outputs.
- Be capable of mentoring junior programmers and providing training on best practices.
- Possess excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between team members and other departments.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for programming activities.
