Key Responsibilities/Duties:
1) Experience in administration of the AutoCAD Plant 3D projects, mainly for the Chemical, Petrochemical and Refinery plants of medium and large size.
2) AutoCAD Plant 3D administrator shall be well versed with Plant 3D configuration, Administration, and expertise in Integration of AutoCAD Plant 3d.
3) Ensure maintenance of integrity of 3D model database and regular transfer of information from 3D model to other discipline. Work closely with discipline head of projects to acknowledge their requirements and address their demand on time. Develop automate tasks, improve efficiency, and avoid human errors.
4) Programming skills (.NET) and XML technology desirable.
5) Create 3D spec as per PMS, create Instrument item and assist as per Requirement.
6) Hands on experience on integration of third-party tools with AutoCAD plant 3D (e.g. Inventor, Caesar Tekla)
7) Extraction of various reports like Interferences, Reports, MTO, Line List, Design Parameters, and Insulation

9) Proficient in setup and integration of 3D Design Review Tools of such as BIM Model Collaboration, Navisworks etc.
10) Auto cad Plant 3d Project Creation, setup on BIM 360.
- 1) Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical / Production / chemical engineering.
2) Require Good Knowledge of various Standards of ASME, DIN, API, Non-Metallic Pipe and Fitting Standard.
3) Good team member and proactive approach towards problem solving.
4) Creation of Custom CatLog and specification from the PMS and Project requirement
5) Customization Drawing Template and Report creation.
6) Creation of View Styles, Graphic Rules, Label Rules.
7) Setup Piping Isometric, Stress Isometric,
8) Customization of Piping assist as per project requirement.
9) User level troubleshooting in Auto Cad Plant 3D on multiple tasks
10) Conduct User Level Training & Auto Cad Plant 3D Job Instruction / Guidelines.
11) Assist Model Review activity and creation Navisworks session.
12) Able to handle various CAD format (SAT, DGN, DWG, etc.) in Auto cad Plant 3D.
13) Good team member and proactive approach towards problem solving.
14) Experience in configuration and customization of workflows and concurrent engineering
