We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and drive sales within the builder market.

**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Executive specializing in swimming pool services and clubhouse audio-video systems, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to target builders and secure new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our services, building strong relationships with builders, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to penetrate the builder market and increase brand awareness.
- Identify and prospect potential builder clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders within the construction industry.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our swimming pool services and clubhouse audio-video systems to builders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the specific needs of builders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in accordance with company policies and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at our Bodakdev office.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.09 - ₹33,162.36 per month
