**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Engage with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget. Provide expert advice on design options, trends, and materials to achieve their goals.
- **Design Development**: Utilize SketchUp and 3D modeling software to create detailed and realistic design concepts and presentations. Develop floor plans, elevations, and renderings that effectively communicate design ideas.
- **Space Planning**: Design functional layouts and optimize spatial arrangements for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.
- **Project Management**: Oversee design projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design is executed according to specifications, on time, and within budget.
- **Material Selection**: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and client preferences. Prepare and present material samples and product recommendations.
- **Design Documentation**: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and project reports. Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate design elements and resolve any design or construction issues.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay informed about the latest design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices. Incorporate innovative and eco-friendly solutions into design projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in SketchUp and 3D modeling. Minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in SketchUp and 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, spatial relationships, and material selection.
- Excellent visualization skills with the ability to create detailed and compelling design presentations.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Creativity**: Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with a strong ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
