Job Title**:Graphic Designer**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Reports To: Marketing Director

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Design Creation**:
Create engaging graphics and visual content for promotional materials, ensuring consistent branding across mall and tenant materials, including brochures, social media, and digital signage

**2. Collaboration**:
Work with the marketing team to create campaigns aligned with mall objectives, and partner with tenants to develop tailored design solutions that boost their visibility

**3. In-Mall Signage**:
Design and produce signage, displays, and event materials for a seamless customer experience, while updating regularly to reflect current campaigns and promotions.

**4. Digital Content**:
Create engaging graphics for the website and social media to promote events and tenant offerings, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and optimization for each platform

**5. Project Management**:
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines, while maintaining organized files and documentation for all projects

**6. Feedback and Revisions**:
Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and make revisions to meet objectives while staying open to criticism and striving to improve design skills

**7. Trend Research**:
Stay current on design trends and technologies to keep the mall’s creative output fresh, while analyzing competitors' branding to identify innovation opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- [2-4] years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, advertising, or marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print and digital work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in motion graphics, 3D or video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Understanding of marketing principles and consumer behaviour in a retail environment.
