Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of high-integrity machine tools and one of the leading indigenous Agribusiness in Nigeria. Due to Expansion, they are currently in need of a CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER to join their Cashew Processing factory.

Location: Nigeria

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiencies through consistent plant and equipment availability.
- Manage relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and facilitate their integration into our innovation process management and general equipment maintenance plan.
- Ensure that strategic manufacturing and engineering objectives are translated into specific business targets and action plans and agree the mechanism and timelines for measuring progress.
- Strengthen our quality management systems and procedures and minimize cost of non-quality.
- Coordinate planning, scheduling and production operations.
- Drive the achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives.
- Plan and coordinate manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.
- Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Provide Manufacturing and Engineering input to new products development process.
- Work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing to optimize the entire value stream from the customer perspective.

Job Requirement
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Engineering, MBA and/or other Professional qualifications will be an added advantage
- 20 years’ experience in engineering equipment manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of technical production facility management and extensive hands - on experience in fabrication and machine shops management.
- Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings.
- Experience in machining of engineering components using Conventional and Computer Numerical Control Machine Tools.
- Knowledge of fabrication and foundry technology

Pay: ₹25,724.81 - ₹126,765.67 per month
