Position Summary:
We are looking for an architect to work on a wide range of architectural projects. The architect will get an opportunity to work on various typologies of buildings such as institutions, offices, residences etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detail drawings as per HCPs design philosophy and standards
- Coordinate with other teams in the office
- Coordinate and communicate with consultants, experts and advisors to incorporate their inputs in the project as per the design intent.
- Participate in site visits to understand the site, review project status and ensure adherence to design
- Prepare presentations, and reports to communicate design ideas effectively
- Comply with building regulations and norms while designing.
- Determine and adhere to timelines.

**Education**:

- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in architecture

**Experience**:

- Years: Up to 3 years
- Industry: Architecture

Skills (mandatory):

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign and MS office.
- Good Graphical and Presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English.

Skills (preferred):

- Knowledge of ArchiCAD.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
